Huangshan maofeng | 黄山毛峰 (Yellow mountain green tea)
Premium Huangshan Maofeng – A Natural Gift from Our Family Tea Garden
The Origin: Core Huangshan Region Our Huangshan Maofeng is harvested directly from our family-owned tea garden, nestled deep within the core mountainous region of Huangshan (Yellow Mountain), Anhui. Shrouded in mist and clouds year-round, the unique high-altitude climate and mineral-rich soil allow the tea plants to grow slowly, accumulating rich amino acids and aromatic compounds. Because it comes straight from our family's estate, we meticulously oversee every step from plucking to processing, ensuring that the purest, unpolluted essence of the mountains is brought directly to your cup.
The Craftsmanship: Artisanal Quality Every batch of our Huangshan Maofeng is crafted using traditional pan-firing and baking techniques. We insist on hand-selecting only the plumpest, tender buds plucked before the Qingming or Guyu spring festivals, ensuring a perfect harmony of color, aroma, taste, and shape.
Brewing Ritual To preserve the delicate freshness of this premium green tea, we recommend using pure water heated to 80°C - 85°C. Brewing in a tall glass allows you to appreciate the beautiful "tea dance" as the tender leaves gracefully unfold and drift in the water.
