Brewing Steps
- Place one mini tuocha (approx. 5g) in your teapot or gaiwan.
- Rinse briefly with boiling water and discard the rinse to wash and awaken the leaves.
- Pour boiling water (95-100°C) over the tea.
- Steep for 15-20 seconds for the first brew, increasing time for later steeps.
- Can be re-steeped up to 6-8 times.
