Brewing Steps
- Gently pry a small piece (approximately 4-5 grams) from the cake using a pu'er pick or knife.
- Rinse the tea briefly with hot water (around 95-100°C), discarding the rinse. This awakens the leaves.
- Pour hot water (95-100°C) over the tea.
- Steep for 15-30 seconds for the first infusion, adjusting longer for subsequent brews.
- Enjoy multiple infusions, as the character of the tea deepens with each steep.
