- Leaves: Large, dark, long twisted leaves that unfurl gracefully.

Brewing Steps
- Use approximately 5-7 grams of tea leaves per 100ml of water.
- Rinse the tea briefly with hot water (95-100°C), discarding the rinse. This awakens the leaves.
- Pour hot water (95-100°C) over the leaves.
- Steep for 10-20 seconds for the first infusion, increasing steeping time slightly for subsequent brews.
- Enjoy the consistent and comforting flavours through many infusions.
